IMPORTANT: Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing or using News4Shorts. By making a purchase or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Description
News4Shorts is a software application that automates the creation of short videos for YouTube using artificial intelligence. The application transforms news into audiovisual content through the use of external APIs.
3. Product Nature
INFOPRODUCT - NO RIGHT TO RETURN: In accordance with article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, contracts for the supply of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and user, do NOT have the right of withdrawal. As News4Shorts is a digital infoproduct, NO returns are accepted once the purchase is made and the license is delivered.
4. Available Licenses
4.1 Lifetime License
- Price: €750 (limited offer to 100 users)
- Lifetime access to the application
- Updates included during the project's lifetime
- Mandatory support for 6 months
- Non-mandatory support according to subsequent availability
IMPORTANT: "Lifetime" refers to the life of the News4Shorts project, not the user's life. The project commits to keeping the service active for a minimum of 1 year from the launch date, possibly extending according to the commercial viability of the project.
5. Technical Support
- Lifetime Support: 6 months mandatory + non-mandatory subsequent support
- Support scope: Only development and operation of the News4Shorts application
- Exclusions: Support for external APIs or third-party services is not included
- Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Spanish peninsular time)
- Response time: Maximum 48 business hours
6. External Dependencies and APIs
REQUIRED EXTERNAL APIS: News4Shorts depends on external services for its complete operation. The user must contract and configure the following APIs on their own:
- Elevenlabs (voice generation)
- Heygen (avatar creation)
- OpenAI/ChatGPT (text processing)
- News search services
- Other APIs according to functionalities
All these services have their own costs and terms of use. A complete configuration tutorial will be included.
7. System Compatibility
News4Shorts is compatible with the following operating systems:
- macOS: Compatible with macOS 11 Big Sur or later, supporting both Intel Macs and Apple Silicon (universal build)
- Windows: Compatible only with Windows 10/11 64-bit; older versions such as Vista or XP are not supported
- Minimum hardware requirements according to specifications to be provided
COMPATIBILITY NOTICE: Please ensure your system meets the minimum requirements before purchasing. No refunds will be provided for compatibility issues with unsupported operating systems.
8. Prohibitions and Misuse
PROHIBITED:
- Sharing the license among multiple users
- Distributing, copying or reproducing the application
- Reverse engineering the software
- Commercial use of the license by third parties
- Any form of piracy or unauthorized use
SANCTIONS: Non-compliance will result in immediate license cancellation without right to refund and possible legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
News4Shorts is not responsible for:
- Interruptions in external API services
- Changes in third-party platform policies (YouTube, etc.)
- Economic or audience results obtained
- Generated content that may infringe third-party rights
- Data loss due to application misuse
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Update the application for improvements or corrections
- Modify these conditions with 30 days' notice
- Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance
- Adapt the application to changes in external APIs
11. Intellectual Property
News4Shorts, its source code, design, documentation and all elements that compose it are the exclusive property of Jose María Gil Rodríguez. The license granted is for use only, not ownership.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to these conditions will be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation in the first instance
- Mediation if necessary
- Jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain
- Application of Spanish legislation
13. Acceptance of Terms
By acquiring News4Shorts, the user declares:
- Having read and understood these conditions
- Accepting the nature of infoproduct without return
- Understanding external API dependencies
- Committing to legal and authorized use
- Accepting the described support limitations
